Shipping

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Free shipping is provided for eligible Orders within Malaysia.

Our standard delivery time is within 7 days after payment confirmation and Order processing.

We do not currently offer overnight, same-day, or international delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Goods sold by Us are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in circumstances stated in Our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Eligible claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item and may require supporting evidence such as an unboxing video, photographs, and Order details.
